Began over 20 years ago when Ratio Recruitment was conceived and launched with passion and commitment to be the Recruitment Company that delivered a distinct “Professional and Personalised” service to Commercial Businesses throughout Southern Africa.
Ratio’s focus was on achieving and maintaining critical human capital and business success ratios pertinent to both Ratio and her client’s businesses e.g. keeping the “ratio” of candidates presented - to - successful candidates placed as low as possible through striving for recruitment excellence and striving to help Ratio’s clients achieve lower cost-to-Income “ratios” through delivering more cost effective and sustainable placements.
Through our evolution, these qualities have formed the building blocks of Smart Talent Africa’s DNA and added to them is over 20 Years of successful and trusted recruitment and advisory experience gained through consistently striving for service excellence. This has been further enhanced through the latest Smart Technological Advances in the recruitment/talent acquisition field.
So, through evolutionary progression and embracing Smart Technological Advances, Smart Talent Africa was conceived, developed and launched in 2018.
